High School Sports Profile
Posted on 2/29/2012
Your sports profile is developed in most cases before college. Most athletes begin making their way and building their reputations in high school. This is great for your athletic resume, it shows recruiters and scouts your abilities and experience as a professional resume would. Sports profiles are mainly what gets you noticed because it is your talent which helps build it in the first place. The main thing a scout would look for in your athletic resume is what you can offer a team.

College Basketball Recruiting
Posted on 1/8/2012
There are very strict rules and regulations that oversee basketball coaches and high school players. The NCAA does not want college players to create a monopoly of players for their specific school, nor does it want certain coaches to have unfair advantages. Recruiting for college basketball is different from many other sports also, as a typical recruiting class is generally only a few players (where as in football the recruiting classes are upwards of 20 individuals). With NCAA basketball recruiting, most players do receive basketball scholarships in order to play for the particular team.
