Do I need an email address to register?
Yes. Your email address acts as your Symplify Athletics username. All account identities are verified via email. If you do not have an email account, there are several free web based email services to choose from such as Yahoo and Gmail.
I never received a registration email. What should I do?
Please check your spam / junk folder. We send out an automated email and some email servers think it's spam. If you checked your spam / junk folder and still have not received a registration email, please contact us.
I forgot my password. How do I log in?
To retrieve your password, please submit a password request. An email with instructions will be sent to your confirmed email account. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder. If you checked your spam / junk folder and still have not received a password email, please contact us.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password within the basic account settings in your account administration area.
Who will see my public profile?
Privacy settings on your public profile are initially set "to be viewable" on the internet. To allow others to not view your public profile on the internet, you must modify the privacy settings for your athletic, academic, and contact information.
How do I update my profile?
You can update all profile information within your account administration area.
What type of file can I use for my profile picture?
You are able to upload jpg, png, and gif files as profile pictures and account avatars.
